Özsu Balık Üretim A.Ş. balık üretimi gerçekleştiren bir gıda şirketidir. Urla’da bulunan 94 açık-deniz kafesinde levrek ve çipura üretimlerini gerçekleştirmektedir. Kuluçkahane tesislerinden, laboratuvarlarına, işleme tesislerinden, paketleme tesislerine kadar süreci Türkiye'de tek çatı altına toplanmış en gelişmiş tam entegre kültür balıkçılığı markalarından birisi konumundadır.

Uluslararası standartlarda gerçekleştirdiği 6 bin ton kaliteli ve sağlıklı balık üretimiyle, tüketicilerinin balık ihtiyaçlarını karşılamaktadır. Türkiye’deki şirketinin dışında şirket grubuna bağlı, İngiltere’deki Özsu Balık UK ve Hollanda’daki Özsu Balık EU şirketleriyle yurt dışı operasyonlarını yönetmektedir.

Özel anaçlardan temin ettiği balık yavrularını, BRC, IFS, Global GAP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 ve OHSAS 18001 standartlarına göre sertifikalandırılmış kuluçkahanesinden temin edip Denizden çekilen su ile balığın doğaya en yakın ortamda yetiştirilmesini sağlamaktadır.

Açık denizdeki yetiştirme teknolojisiyle tam otomatik kameralı sistemler yardımıyla balıklar sürekli gözetim altında tutulmakta ve günde 6-7 öğün vitamin ve mineral bakımından zengin yemlerle beslenmektedir. Balıklar hasat boyuna geldikleri zaman balık refahı, soğuk zincir şartları ve biyogüvenlik prosedürlerine uyarak hasat edilmekte, işleme ve paketleme tesislerine gönderilerek satışa hazır hale getirilmektedir.
