Scope of This Notice

In the first version of halkaarz.info, there is no membership, login or user account functionality. Therefore, personal data related to account creation or user authentication is not processed.

Depending on how you use the website, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

Identity information: Name, surname, authorized person name, company name and similar form fields.

In the advertising and sponsorship application form, company name, authorized person name and surname, email address, advertising type and message fields are mandatory. Phone number, website and budget range are optional.

This data is processed to receive and evaluate advertising and sponsorship requests, communicate with applicants, manage proposal and cooperation processes, conduct corporate communication and maintain application records.

Acceptance of the personal data protection notice is mandatory in the advertising form. Commercial electronic communication consent is optional and stored as a separate preference.

Data Processed for Newsletter Subscriptions

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address, subscription status, registration time, consent source and unsubscribe preferences may be processed.

The newsletter may include public offering updates, dividend information, stock market updates, cryptocurrency content, market information, website updates and similar content. In the first version, newsletter processes are managed through our own backend and MongoDB infrastructure. Mailchimp, Brevo or similar third-party email services are not used at the initial stage. Such services may be integrated in the future if needed.

Newsletter subscription is optional. You may unsubscribe or withdraw your communication consent at any time.

If third-party email delivery services or different technical providers are used in the future, the relevant processes will be updated in line with privacy and data protection principles.

Commercial Electronic Communications and IYS Readiness

Newsletter and commercial electronic communication preferences are stored separately. Commercial communication consent in the advertising and sponsorship application form is optional. Before sending commercial electronic communications, user preferences and applicable legal requirements are intended to be taken into account.

In the first version, there will be no integration with the Turkish Message Management System, known as IYS. However, consent records will be stored in separate and traceable fields in a way that can support future IYS-related processes.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose of processing and within the statutory retention periods required by applicable legislation. When the processing purpose no longer exists, the legal retention period expires, or a valid request is made by the data subject, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Feedback records, advertising applications and newsletter records are stored in separate data structures. Retention periods are determined by considering the nature of the request, communication needs, legal obligations and evidentiary requirements.

To request information if your personal data has been processed.
To learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with that purpose.
