Vera Konsept Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., 2018 yılında Türkiye'de yaşam ve ticari alan projeleri gerçekleştirmek amacıyla 'Vera Grup Mühendislik A.Ş.' adıyla kurulmuştur. 2023 yılında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 'Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı' statüsüne dönüşüm izni alarak, adını 'Vera Konsept Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.' olarak değiştirmiştir.Şirket, Türkiye'deki konut sektöründeki gelişmelere paralel olarak arazi yatırımları yapmıştır. Hedefleri, yalnızca büyük şehirlerde değil, ihtiyaç duyulan her şehirde markalı konut projeleri üretmektedir. Ayrıca, lüks konutlar yanı sıra kentsel dönüşüm ve orta/düşük gelir gruplarına yönelik projeleri geliştirerek, güçlü finansman yapısıyla yatırımcılara finansman sağlamak ve toplumun farklı kesimlerinden vatandaşları konut sahibi yaparak Türkiye'deki konut stokunu artırmaya katkıda bulunmaktır.Vera Konsept Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı'nın vizyonu, projelerinde yenilikçilik ve farklı konseptleri benimsemektir. Hedefleri ise kaliteli, güvenli ve son teknoloji yapı teknikleriyle özgün mimari tasarımlara sahip projeler geliştirerek, Türkiye'nin en prestijli gayrimenkul markaları arasında yer almayı amaçlamaktır.
