Rubenis Tekstil, %100 Organik Pamuklarla son teknoloji tesislerinde ürettiği üstün kalite ürünlerle birlikte 2021 de açmış oldukları, üstün teknolojili Mayer Marka Örme - Kumaş fabrikalarıyla hizmet sunmaktadır.

Şirket, Şanlıurfa Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde 90.000 m2’lik arazi satın alarak tesis kurulumu için gerekli adımı attıktan sonra yatırım maliyeti 50 Milyon USD olan tesisin, satın alınan arazinin 50.000 m2’lik kapalı alanı üzerine inşa edilerek Türkiye, Ortadoğu ve Balkanlar’ın en modern iplik tesisi olmuştur.

Tesis, dünyanın kabul gördüğü Rieter Ring makinaları, Murata Bobin makineleri, Marzolı Fitil makineleri ve Uster laboratuvar cihazlarıyla, 20 adet ring makinasını da bünyesinde bulundurmaktadır. Baştan ve sondan emişli makinaları, en son teknoloji ile donatılmış 1824i tipidir ve toplam i sayısı 36.480'dir. Tesisde günlük iplik üretimimiz 25 ton kapasiteli olmasının yanında aylık üretimimiz de 750 tonu bulmaktadır.

Fabrikada, Ne20-Ne150 aralığında 1.sınıf compact, penye iplikleri üretilmektedir. Full otomasyon sistemi uygulanan fabrikada, hiç el değmeden tarladan balya halinde toplanan %100 organik pamuklar işlenerek üstün laboratuvarlarda teste tabi tutulmaktadır.
