Koza Polyester, 2012 yılında Akınal ailesi tarafından Gaziantep şehrinde kurulmuştur. Firma kontinü polimerizasyon’dan polyester elyaf üretimini gerçekleştirmektedir. Bu konuda Türkiye bulununa en büyük ikinci şirket konumundadır. Şirket aynı zamanda elyaf üretiminde Avrupa’nın en büyük kapasitelerinden birine sahiptir.

Koza Polyester, 2012 yılında Akınal ailesi tarafından Gaziantep şehrinde kurulmuştur. Firma kontinü polimerizasyon’dan polyester elyaf üretimini gerçekleştirmektedir. Bu konuda Türkiye bulununa en büyük ikinci şirket konumundadır. Şirket aynı zamanda elyaf üretiminde Avrupa’nın en büyük kapasitelerinden birine sahiptir.

Faaliyete geçtiği 2014 yılından itibaren 330 ton elyaf 20 ton plastifiyan üretim kapasitesine sahiptir.

Aynı yıl ileride oluşabilecek yatırımlarda değerlendirilmek üzere Gaziantep 5.OS.B.186 Ada 14 Parsel üzerinde 49.910,117 m2 arsa tahsis etmiştir. 2022 yılına gelindiğinde fabrika kapasitesi 330 ton kapasiteli 1 adet polimerizasyon hattı, polimerizasyon tesisine entegre 4 adet 415 ton/gün kapasiteli elyaf üretim hattı bulunmaktadır.

Şirketin üretim yelpazesine sahip olan şirket; polimer/cips kullanan firmalar (FDY, POY, BCF Spunbond, Film, Plastik ve masterbatch üreticileri), plastifiyan üretimi ile PVC & Kablo, Kauçuk, suni deri ve diğer plastik endüstrilerine hitap etmektedir.
