1992 yılında Fuzul Dış Ticaret A.Ş. olarak kurulan Fuzul GYO, 2000 yılında inşaat sektöründe faaliyet göstermeye başlamıştır.2009 yılından itibaren katma değeri daha yüksek ve prestiji daha fazla olan markalı konut projeleri geliştirme alanına yönelmiştir. Aynı yıl İstanbul Başakşehir İlçesinin ilk AVM’si olan Olimpa AVM ve Rezidans Projesine başlamış ve 2010 yılında hayata geçirmiştir. Şirket'in imza attığı projeler arasında inşaatı tamamlanan Kent Evila, Kent Ariva, Olimpa Park, Vadiyaka Başakşehir, Başakcity, Tem Avrasya ve devam eden Başakşehir Avrasya, Barabaros 48, Başakşehir Avrasya 2, Başakşehir Avrasya 3 ve Fatih Otel projeleri yer almaktadır. Fuzul GYO, geçmişinden gelen marka gücü, tanınırlığı ve güvenilirliği ile geliştirdiği projelerini, ekonomik, sosyal ve çevresel değişimlerin toplumların ihtiyaç ve beklentilerini nasıl şekillendireceğini ve bunların gayrimenkul sektörüne nasıl yansıyacağını öngörmeye çabalayarak, toplum üyelerinin beklentilerine, yatırım hedeflerine göre tasarlamakta ve geliştirmektedir.
