Europap Tezol Kağıt Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Şirket, 1969 tarihinde Tezol Tütün İhracat Dahili Ticaret İthalat A.Ş. unvanıyla tütün ticareti yapmak için kurulmuştur. Şirket 2000 yılında ortaklarının temizlik kağıdı sektörüne girme kararı üzerine; E.U.R.O Pap. Kağıt ve Temizlik Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ticari unvanlı yeni bir şirket kurmuş ve söz konusu şirket İzmir Ticaret Sicili’ne 31.10.2000 tarihinde tescil edilmiştir. Kurulan yeni şirketin faaliyet konusu içerisinde; piyasada yer alan temizlik kağıdı üreticisi şirketlerden kağıt bobin halinde temizlik kağıdı satın alarak bunlardan bitmiş ürün üretmek (Konverting) ve satışını gerçekleştirmektedir.

2001 yılında ilk özel markalı ürünlerini tüketici ile buluşturduktan sonra, temizlik kağıdı faaliyetlerinin gösterdiği büyüme üzerine şirketin ortakları, kağıt bobinden temizlik kağıdı üretimi faaliyetleri ile sınırlı kalmayarak, hammaddeden kağıt bobin halinde temizlik kağıdı üretimi de yaparak tam bir entegre üretici olmak adına 2002 yılında kağıt fabrikası yatırımı yapma kararı almışlardır.

Şirket ortaklarının 1969 yılında kurmuş oldukları Tezol Tütün İhracat Dahili Ticaret İthalat A.Ş.’nin ticari unvanını, Tezol Tütün Kağıt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. olarak değiştirilmiş ve İzmir Ticaret Sicili’ne 19.03.2002 tarihinde tescil ettirilmiştir. Üretime ilişkin yatırımları devam ederken Şirketin, 2003 yılında ilk ihracat işlemini gerçekleşmiş ve yurt dışı piyasalara da açılmıştır.

Tezol Tütün Kağıt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. 2020 yılı İSO500 listesinde 439., Ege Bölgesi Sanayi Odası tarafından yayımlanan 100 Büyük Sanayi Kuruluşu listesinde 37. sırada yer almıştır.
