Çemaş Döküm Sanayi A.Ş. Devlet tarafından 1976 yılında kurulmuştur. 150.000 m2 arazi üzerinde 21.000 m2 kapalı alana sahip olan işletme çimento ve madencilik sektörüne alaşımlı öğütme elemanları üretimini gerçekleştirmektedir. 1995 yılından sonra Işıklar Holding bünyesine geçmiştir.

Çemaş Döküm Sanayi Anonim Şirketinin üretim süreçleri içerisinde kum hazırlama, eritme, kalıplama, maça yapımı, döküm simülasyonu, kalıp atölyesi, ürün hazırlama, ısıl işlem, kalite kontrol ile talaşlı imalat atölyesini içermektedir. İnşaat ve enerji sektöründe faaliyet gösteren Özışık İnşaat ve Enerji AŞ adında bir bağlı şirketi de bulunmaktadır.

Çemaş, aynı zamanda denizcilik sektöründe aranan GL, BV ve RINA sertifikalarına da sahiptir. Yurtiçi ve yurtdışından otomotiv, beyaz eşya, makine başta olmak üzere birçok sektörde hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir.
