BVS Bülbüloğlu Vinç 37.000 metrekarelik kapalı alana sahip üretim tesislerinde CNC işleme merkezleri, CNC ve plazma kesim tezgahları, torna, freze, borverk tezgahları, otomatik bant kumlama makinaları ve ex-proof boya kabini ile gelişen teknolojilere paralel imalat yapılmaktadır.

BVS Bülbüloğlu Vinç’de satış-satın alma işlemlerinden, üretim süreçlerine, müşteri siparişlerinden, üretime taleplerinin oluşturulmasına ve bu ürünlerin depolarına girişine kadar bütün aşamalar entegre olarak ERP sistemi ile yürütülmektedir.

Üretime malzeme verilmesi ve üretimden çıkan ürünün ilgili depo sahalarına yerleştirilmesi ve giriş -çıkış irsaliyeleri ERP sistemine entegre barkod cihazları ile yürütülmektedir. Üretilen her parça kendine özel malzeme kartı ile izlenmektedir, ürüne ve kullanılan malzemeye ilişkin her türlü kalite ve üretim bilgisi sistemlerinde tutulmaktadır.
