Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., Denizli'de ve tüm Ege Bölgesi'nde gayrimenkul sektöründe yeni yatırımlar geliştirmek amacıyla kurulmuş bir yatırım şirketidir. Türk gayrimenkul sektörünün lider kuruluşu Sinpaş Yapı ile tekstil sektörü ve Ege bölgesinin önde gelen yatırımcılarından olan Deniz Tekstil işbirliği ile 05.07.2011 tarihinde kurulmuştur. Kendi alanlarında öncü olan bu iki kuruluş, bilgi birikimlerini ve kurumsal yeteneklerini gayrimenkul sektöründe birleştirerek güç birliği yapmışlardır.İki başarılı şirketin sinerjisiyle yola çıkan Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı, ilk yatırımını Denizli'de, Denizli'nin ilk karma kullanımlı konut ve alışveriş merkezi projesi olan AquaCity ve AquaMall AVM ile hayata geçirmiştir. Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı, toplam 228 bin metrekare alan üzerine kurulu bir projeyi hayata geçirerek Denizli'de ve Ege Bölgesi'nde adından söz ettiren bir şirket olacağını tüm kamuoyuna göstermiştir.Aquacity; 228 bin metrekarelik bir alanda inşa edilen proje, farklı konseptlere sahip evler, çok katlı iki residence kulesi, çocuk oyun alanları, organik pazar, yeme içme alanları ve alışveriş merkezi içeren karma kullanımlı bir projedir. Eşsiz konsepti, alışveriş alanları ve sosyal olanaklarıyla Denizli'nin ve Ege'nin yeni buluşma noktası haline gelmiştir..Proje için yapılan diğer yatırımlar ise; 3.000 metrekarelik temalı bir oyun parkı, 2.000 metrekarelik kapalı bir spor merkezi, cafeler, restoranlar ve mağazalardır. Kiralamaya uygun ticari mağazaların tasarımı Belçika menşeili mimari tasarım ajansı tarafından hazırlanmıştır.Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı, bu ilk projesinin ardından Türkiye'nin en büyük projelerine imza atmak üzere çalışmalarına devam etmektedir.
