ASCE, Türkiye’nin önde gelen sanayicisi Abdulkadir KONUKOĞLU kurucu başkanlığında, inşaat sektöründe uzmanlık, kalite, güven ve alıcı memnuniyetinden ödün vermeyerek, fark sunan yaratan projelere imza atarak sektörde öncü ve örnek olmak amacıyla 2010 yılında Gaziantep’te kurulmuştur.
uruluşundan itibaren 2,000’den fazla konut projesini hayata geçirerek büyük tecrübe edinen ASCE, bölgesel olarak çıktığı yolda Gaziantep’in yanı sıra, ülke genelinde projeler geliştirmeye ve faaliyetini bu anlayışla devam ettirme gayretindedir. Bu amaçla; Ankara’nın Çankaya ilçesinde sahip olduğu arsa üzerine kısa sürede tamamlanacak 53 katlı 94.865 M2 inşaat projesini hayata geçirmiştir. Yine Çankaya ilçesinde sahip olduğu 2.500 m2’lik arsa projesinin yapımına kısa sürede başlanması planlanmaktadır.
Bunlarla birlikte Gaziantep’te devam eden projelerin yanı sıra, kentin en önemli semtlerinden lokasyonlarından 15 Temmuz Mahallesinde tamamı şirkete ait olan 41.078 m2 arsa üzerine villa ve konut projesi tamamlanmış ve ruhsat aşamasına getirilmiştir. Yine Gaziantep Küçük Kızılhisar Mahallesinde ASCE’ye ait toplam 81.980 m2 iki arsa üzerinde villa projesi çalışması kısa sürede tamamlanacaktır. ASCE, gelişen marka kimliği, kurumsal yönetimi, güçlü finansal yapısı ve sahip olduğu gayrimenkul portföyü ile birikmiş deneyimlerini kullanarak, sektörde daha dinamik, daha verimli, daha büyük oyuncu olmak amacıyla, Kasım 2022 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığına dönüşüm başvurusunda bulunmuştur.
