Holding bünyesinde 3.000 kişiye istihdam sağlamaktadır. Başta Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri olmak üzere 17 ülkeye ihracat gerçekleştirmektedir.

Ahlatcı Holding, 2003 senesinde enerji sektöründe yatırımlar yapmaya başlamıştır. Gazprom ile yaptığı doğalgaz tedarik anlaşmasıyla birlikte Rus gazını Türkiye’de pazarlamıştır. Aynı zamanda Çorum, Karabük, Kastamonu, Yozgat, Çankırı şehirlerinin doğalgaz dağıtım ve işletimini gerçekleştirmektedir. Güçlü bir doğalgaz tedarikçisi olan Hattuşa Enerji şirketiyle, grup şirketlerine doğal gaz sevkiyatı hizmeti gerçekleştirmekte olan Ahlatcı Holding, Hattuşa Gaz şirketiyle de direkt doğal gaz ithalatı ile ilgili çalışmalarınıda sürdürmektedir.

2016 sonu itibari ile yıllık cirosu 8,1 Milyar Amerikan doları olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Holding, Türkiye iç pazarında; bilezikte %40, alyansta %25 ve spot altın piyasasında da %20 pazar payının sahibidir.
