Organize Sanayi Bölgesi, Temelli Anadolu Organize Sanayi Bölgesi ve Endonezya Cikarang Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde, toplamda 83.000 m² alan üzerinde 56.000 m²’lik kapalı alana sahip 3 üretim tesisinde faaliyetlerine devam ediyor.700'ün üzerinde nitelikli çalışanı ve 100'ün üzerinde konularında uzman mühendis kadrosu ile ürün tasarımı, geliştirilmesi ve AR-GE faaliyetlerinin tamamını kendi bünyesinde gerçekleştiriyor.
Ulusoy Elektrik 2014 yılı Kasım ayı itibariyle Borsa İstanbul'da işlem gören halka açık bir şirkettir.Ulusoy Elektrik A.Ş. toplam hisselerinin %82,275’ine tekabül eden kısmı 15 Nisan 2019 tarihi itibariyle Eaton Industries'e devredildi. 1911 yılında kurulan, 175 ülkede müşterileri bulunan, 2021 yılı satışları 19.6 milyar Doları bulan küresel enerji yönetimi firması Eaton, Ulusoy Elektrik hisselerinin kontrolünü Ulusoy ailesinden devraldı. Ocak 2022 itibariyle şirket hisselerinin %93,6'sı Eaton Industries tarafından yönetiliyor.
