Şirket hiselerinin % 25’nin halka arzı ve Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.’de işlem görmesi amacıyla başvurular yapılmış olup süreç devam etmektedir.

Mistral GYO A.Ş., Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu’nun gayrimenkul yatırım ortaklıklarına ilişkin düzenlemelerinde yazılı amaç ve konularla iştigal eden, esas olarak gayrimenkullere dayalı sermaye piyasası araçlarına, projelerine ve gayrimenkullere dayalı haklara yatırım yapan ve kayıtlı sermayeli olarak faaliyet gösteren anonim ortaklıktır.
Mistral GYO A.Ş. İzmir Bayraklı’da hayata geçirdiği ilk projesi Mistral İzmir ile şehrin simge yapılarından birini inşa etmektedir.
