About the Company

Kiler Holding Hikmet Kiler ve oğulları Nahit, Vahit ve Ümit Kiler tarafından 1983 yılında kuruldu. Aile ilk etapta gıda perakendeciliği işiyle Bakırköy ve Avcılar’da açılan süpermarketlerinin sayısını her geçen gün arttırmıştır.

Kiler ve Kilerim markalı ürünleriyle Perakendecilikte müşterilerine ambalajlı gıda üretimi, et ve et ürünleri üretimi, şeker, un ve unlu mamuller üretimi gibi gıda sektörünün farklı alanlarında yatırımlar gerçekleştirdi.

Perakendecilik ve gıda yatırımlarının yanı sıra İnşaat sektöründe yapılan yatırımlar grubun gelişim dinamiğine büyük bir katkı sağlamıştır. Kiler Holding son dönemde Turizm, Enerji, Sağlık ve Hizmet sektörlerinde faaliyetler göstererek yatırım çeşitliliğini artırmıştır.

Kiler Holding’in inşaat grubu projelerini planlayan, Kiler GYO A.Ş. ve bu projelerin inşaatını üstlenen Biskon Yapı A.Ş olmak üzere iki şirketi bulunmaktadır.

2001 yılında kurduğu Turex A.Ş. ile taşımacılık alanında hizmet vermeye başlayan Kiler Holding, personel taşımacılığı, toplu taşıma, araç ve filo kiralama ve akaryakıt istasyon işletmeciliği gibi farklı alanlarda hizmet üretmektedir. Grup, son yıllarda odağına sağlık turizmini de alarak başta Afyon olmak üzere Türkiye’nin önemli termal merkezlerinde otel yatırımlarına yönelmiştir.

Kiler Holding: İnşaat, enerji, Turizm ve Sanayi alanında toplamda 22 şirketiyle faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir. Kiler Holding’in yakın vadede hedefi; perakende, enerji, inşaat ve turizm sektörlerinde yatırımlarını artırarak istikrarlı bir şekilde büyümeye devam etmek ve Türkiye’nin en güçlü 10 kuruluşu içerisinde yer almayı hedeflemektedir.
