About the Company

Galata Wınd Enerji A.Ş. 11 Nisan 2006 kurulmuş ve 22 Nisan 2021 tarihinden itibaren Borsa İstanbul’da işlem görmeye başlamıştır.

Şirket’in amacı; elektrik enerjisi üretim tesisi kurulması, işletmeye alınması, kiralanması, elektrik enerjisi üretimi ve üretilen elektrik enerjisinin satışının gerçekleştirilmesidir.

Galata Wind’in bünyesinde 3 adet Rüzgar Enerji Santrali ve 2 adet Güneş Enerji Santrali bulunmaktadır. Bu santrallerin toplam kurulu gücü 269 MW’dır.

Şirketin 2022 itibari ile Kurulu güçü %31,4 ile hidrolik kaynaklı üretim alırken; tüm rüzgar santrallerinin toplam güce katkısı %10,8 ve tüm güneş santrallerinin toplam güce katkısı %8,0 seviyesinde bulunmaktadır.

Şirket’in 100% bağlı ortaklığı konumundaki Sunflower Solar Güneş Enerjisi Sistemleri Ticaret A.Ş. çatı güneş enerjisi sistemlerinin projelendirilmesini ve kurulumunu gerçekleştirmektedir.

Şirketin %73,14 payı Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. aittir. Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. Denetim ve Risk Yönetimi Grup Başkanlığı tarafından yapılan çalışmalar sonucu elde edilen bulgular şirket tarafından değerlendirilmekte ve yapılan öneriler doğrultusunda düzeltme ve düzenlemeler yapılarak iç kontrol sistemleri sürekli geliştirilmektedir.
