Formet Metal ve Cam Sanayi A.Ş. eski ismiyle Formet Çelik Kapı Taşımacılık Petrol Ürünleri Makine Otomotiv İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, 26 Ocak 2005 tarihinde kurulmuştur. Şirket’in genel merkezi Kayseri’ de bulunmaktadır.

Şirket: çelik, alüminyum, ahşap, pvc, plastik, diğer madde, metal, maden, alaşım ve diğer her türlü malzemeden oluşan kapıların, pencerelerin, bunların kasalarının, kapı eşiği, panjur, merdiven, tırabzan, veranda, parmaklık ve benzerlerinin imalatını, alımını, satımını, ithalatını ve ihracatını yapmaktadır.

2018 tarihinde halka açılan şirket, sermayesini temsil eden hisse senetlerinin %42,96’sını halka arz etmiştir. 30 Haziran 2021 tarihi itibariyle fiili dolaşımdaki pay oranı oranı %89,11’ e çıkarılmıştır.

Şirket üretimini 32.000 metrekaresi kapalı olmak üzere toplamda 55.000 metrekarelik Kayseri Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde bulunun üretim tesisinde gerçekleştirmektedir. Şirketin Yıllık üretim kapasitesi 240.000 adedin üzerindedir. Üretim süreçlerini ISO-9001 kalite güvencesi ile yürütmektedir.
