1995 yılında kurulan Fade Gıda A.Ş. faaliyetine 7 ton kurutulmuş domates üretimi ile başlamış olup, uzman kadrosu ve yenilikçi yapısıyla sektöründe hızlı bir ivme kazanarak 1.750 ton kuru domates üretimine ulaşmıştır. AB ülkeleri ve ABD başta olmak üzere; Kanada, İsrail, Brezilya, Arjantin ve Meksika ile birlikte, 22 Ülke’ye ihracat gerçekleştirmektedir. 2012 yılında yaptığı tam otomasyonlu, bilgisayar kontrollü ve meteoroloji istasyonlu akıllı seraları ile de, sektörde hızla büyüyüp, işin zirai kısmında da GDO’suz tohumlardan elde edilen fide üretimi işine girmiştir.

2008 yılında 100.000 adet fide üretim kapasitesi ile üretim faaliyetlerine başlamış ve %100 bağlı ortaklığı olan Hade Fidecilik A.Ş. ile birlikte; bugün mevcut kapasitesini 80.000.000 adete kadar yükseltmiştir. 2015 yılının sonunda İzmir’in kuzeyinde yer alan, 3 ilçenin (Menemen – Aliağa – Foça) ortak noktasında ve Çanakkale yolu üzerinde gayrimenkul satın alınarak, Kuzey İzmir’in ilk ve tek AVM’sinin yapımına 2016 yılı Haziran ayında başlanmış, ( inşaat kısmını da üstlenerek ) Haziran 2017 döneminde de yatırımı tamamlanmış ve Alışveriş Merkezi ziyaretçilerin hizmetine açılmıştır.
Ege mimarisini yansıtan, açık hava konseptine sahip, Kuzey Ege’nin tek AVM’si konumunda olan: Novada Menemen AVM bünyesinde yer alan, başta; Köfteci Yusuf, Tekzen, LC Waikiki, U.S. Polo, Koton, Mavi, İpekyol, Altınyıldız Classics, Ebebek, Flo, Penti, Süvari, Starbucks, Madame Coco, Gratis, Watsons, Özdilek, YvesRocher, English Home, Toyyz Shop, Karaca , Sinema ve Oyun Salonları ile ulusal ve uluslararası seçkin markaları ile % 97 doluluk oranına sahip bir şekilde faaliyetini sürdürmektedir.
