Etiler Gıda Ve Ticari Yatırımlar Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. 2010 tarihinde, 500.000- TL sermaye ile 'Etiler İnci Büfe Gıda Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş.' unvanıyla kurulmuştur. 2004 yılında tescil edilmiş olan 'Etiler Marmaris' markasını satın alarak büfecilik faaliyetlerine başlamıştır.

Etiler Gıda Ve Ticari Yatırımlar Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. 2010 tarihinde, 500.000 TL sermaye ile Etiler İnci Büfe Gıda Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. unvanıyla kurulmuştur. 2004 yılında tescil edilmiş olan Etiler Marmaris markasını satın alarak büfecilik faaliyetlerine başlamıştır.

Şirketin 30.06.2021 tarihi itibariyle, 37 adet aktif franchise şubesi, 1 adet operasyonel şubesi bulunmakta olup, 3 adet imzalanmış yeni franchise sözleşmesi 3 adet imzalanmış yurtdışı master franchise sözleşmesi, 3 adet imzalanmış yurtiçi master franchise sözleşmesi bulunmaktadır.

Şirketin 22021 tarihli KAP duyurusuyla kamuya açıkladığı pay devriyle gerçekleşen yönetim değişikliği sonrası yeni Şirket yönetiminin öncelikli olarak alternatif satış kanallarını (online satış, Gel al, eve servis vb.) güçlendirme hedefi bulunmaktadır.

Diğer yandan 2021-2025 yılları arasında aktif franchise yurt içi şube sayısını 70 – 80 aralığına ve merkez şube sayısını 3'e çıkarma hedefi bulunmaktadır. Şirket yönetiminin diğer yandan aynı dönemde yurt dışında 10 ila 20 arasında şube açma hedefi de bulunmaktadır.

Şirket 2021 yılından itibaren başlıca hedef olarak tüm franchiseların altyapı sistemlerini merkezi hale getirecek yatırımları yaparak etkin bir stok, üretim ve satış yapısına ulaşmayı hedeflemektedir.
