Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı Anonim Şirketi, 1953 yılında kurulmuş Türkiye merkezli bir gayrimenkul yatırım ortaklığıdır.

Şirket başta konut olmak üzere ticari bölümler, eğitim bölümleri, sosyal tesisleri, projelerinin koordine edilmesi ve gerçekleştirilmesi ile tüm ilgili hususlar, devam eden projelerin kontrolü ve bina denetimi, biten konutların pazarlanmasını ve satışlarını gerçekleştirmektedir.
