1997 yılında alt yüklenici olarak faaliyetlerine başladığı hazır beton üretimine, 2003 yılından itibaren Boğaziçi Beton markası adıyla hizmet vermeye başlamıştır. 28 Hazır Beton tesisi bulunmaktadır.

Yıllık 6.000.000 ton agrega üretim kapasitesine sahip iki Taş Kırma tesisi ile İstanbul Avrupa yakasının en geniş kapasiteli Agrega Maden Ocağını işletmektedir.

İstanbul’da en yaygın dağıtım ağına ve en yüksek üretim kapasitesine sahip hazır beton firmalarından biri olarak (6 milyon m³/yıl); bugüne kadar 35 milyon m³’ün üzerinde betonun üretimini gerçekleştirmiştir.

Boğaziçi Beton, 2020 Yılında Türkiye’nin ilk 500 firması sıralamasında 458. sırada yer almıştır.
