1950 yılında aile şirketi olarak ticaret hayatına atılan Bilici Ailesi, günümüze kadar süregelen aile değerlerini korumuş ve 2011 yılında Borsa İstanbul’da işlem görüp, kurumsal değerlerini ve kârlı yapısını yatırımcıları ile paylaşmıştır.

Tekstil, Turizm ve Enerji olmak üzere 3 ana kol altında faaliyetlerini sürdüren Bilici Yatırım, en son teknolojiye sahip entegre tesisleri, deneyimli kadrosu, güçlü finansal yapısı ile yatırımcılarına planlı ve sürdürebilir getiri sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.

Türkiye'nin ekonomisine yıllardır şekil veren Tekstil sektöründe yatırımları bulunan Bilici Yatırım, iplik büküm ve kumaş boyama ve apre işlemlerini yapmaktadır. Biteks İplik, 76.300 metrekare açık alan, 20.000 m2’lik kapalı alan altında Osmaniye Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde 16.000 iğ pamuk iplik ve 29.000 iğ polyester viskon iplik üretimi yapmaktadır. Şirket en son 2016 yılında yaptığı yaklaşık $10 Milyonluk yenileme yatırımıyla kapasitesini 2’ye katlamıştır.

Büküm tesisi ile ayni bölgede bulunan Bilici Yatırım Apre & Boya tesisi toplamda 25.000 m2’lik açık alan ve 11.620 m2’lik kapalı alanda yıllık 12 Milyon metrelik kumaş boya ve terbiye kapasitesindedir.

Turizm sektörüne de 2007 yılında giriş yapan Bilici Yatırım, TSKB GYO ile %50 ortak olup, Adana Merkez bölgesinde 5 yıldızlı otel yatırımını tamamlamıştır. Divan Adana markası altında faaliyette olan otelimiz güçlü kadrosu ile bölge ve şehirde kısa sürede misafirlerinin beğenisi kazanmıştır.

Enerji alanında 2020 yılında büküm tesisi üzerinde 1.628 kwe kurulu güce sahip yıllık yaklaşık 2.150.000 kws elektrik enerjisi üreten ile 2022 yılı ilk çeyreğinden Apre tesisimiz üzerinde yapımı tamamlanan 2.241 kwe kurulu güce sahip ve yıllık yaklaşık 3.000.000 kws elektrik enerjisi üreten 2 adet Güneş enerjisinde Elektrik üreten (GES) tesisimiz vardır.
