1986 yılında BANTAŞ, Balıkesir asfaltı 8. Km’deki 3000 m² kapalı alanda anonim şirket olarak kuruldu.

1986 yılında BANTAŞ, Balıkesir asfaltı 8. Km’deki 3000 m² kapalı alanda anonim şirket olarak kuruldu.

1995 senesinde Crabtree marka Metal Ofset Baskı ve Lak hattı alarak kendi ihtiyaçlarına ek bölgedeki diğer teneke kutu ambalaj üretici firmalara da fason baskı yapmaya başlamıştır.

2000 yılında TS-EN ISO 9001-2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi belgeleri alındı. Bandırma örnek sanayi bölgesinde 3700 m² kapalı alana sahip Ofset Baskı fabrikası kuruldu.

18 Mayıs 2015 tarihinde BANTAŞ A.Ş hisseleri halka arz edildi ve BİST’te işlem görmeye başlamıştır.

2017 yılında kutu fabrikasına sınır olan 18.000 m² bir üretim tesisi bina ve arazisi alındı. Tam otomatik kapak punta hattı alındı ve çalışmaya başladı. İsviçre Soundronic firmasından yüksek hız kapasiteli otomatik dikiş tozlak ve fırın hattı alındı.
