If you provide commercial electronic communication consent in the advertising or sponsorship application form, we may contact you by email regarding advertising, sponsorship, cooperation, proposals, media kits, campaigns and similar matters related to your application.
In the advertising form, company name, authorized person name and surname, email address, advertising type and message fields are mandatory. Phone number, website and budget range are optional. Commercial electronic communication consent is optional and stored separately.
Storage of Consent
Your commercial electronic communication preference may be stored together with your email address, consent status, consent date, consent source, relevant form or registration area, and any opt-out or unsubscribe information.
In the first version, there will be no integration with the Turkish Message Management System, known as IYS. However, consent and opt-out records will be stored in separate and traceable fields in a way that can support future IYS-related processes.
Withdrawal of Consent and Unsubscribing
You may withdraw your commercial electronic communication consent, unsubscribe from the newsletter or opt out of receiving commercial communications at any time.
Following your unsubscribe or opt-out request, commercial electronic communication deliveries will be stopped within a reasonable period required by technical and legal processes. Certain mandatory service, application or legal information messages may not be considered commercial electronic communications.
