GWIND to increase its issued capital, which is ₺5.158.958,11 within the registered capital ceiling of 250 million TL, to ₺5.209.000,00 by increasing ₺50.041,89 with an increase of 0.97 percent, fully covered by internal resources decided.

The Following Information Was Included In The Statement Made By The Company To The Public Disclosure Platform;

"In Article 6 of the Articles of Association titled Capital, "In any case, the Board of Directors will issue new A, B and C Group shares in proportion to the ratio of the existing A, B and C Group shareholders' shares in the Company during the capital increase.
