Bahadır Şirketler Grubu Otomotiv Sektörüne hizmet vermek üzere 1974 yılında Ankara’da kurulmuştur. Aldığı yedek parça bayilikleri ile hızla büyüten Grup 1997 yılında Otomobil Servisçiliğine başlamıştır. Hızla büyüyen sektöre daha geniş ürün gamı ile hizmet vermenin önemini bilen Grup 2001 yılında Ankara’da Madeni Yağ ve Antifriz üretecek fabrikasını kurarak sanayiciliğe adım atmıştır. 2003 yılında İç Anadolu Lastik Distribütörlüğü alarak Otomotiv Sektöründe bölgenin güçlü firmalarından biri olmuştur.Artan müşteri talepleri doğrultusunda, 5. Teşvik Bölge imkanlarına sahip Kırıkkale OSB de yeni fabrika yatırımına başlamış 2013 yılında devreye almıştır. Böylece ürettiği ürün çeşitliliği açısından Türkiye’de tek firma olmuştur. Artan kapasite ile İhracata başlayan firma hızla gelişmiş 2017 yılında 8.640 m2’si kapalı toplam 10.360 m2 olan yeni fabrikasında faaliyetlerine başlamıştır.
